How to Apply
Any resident of Deptford Township is eligible for a Deptford Free Public Library card.
In order to register, the patron must stop by the library to fill out an application and supply one form of photo ID and one proof of address. A valid New Jersey driver’s license will satisfy both of these requirements.

Juveniles under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who must provide the above identification and signature for a library card.
Patron Renewal
Library cards must be renewed every two years for the library to maintain accurate records.
If you need your library card number, you must come in person with photo ID in order to obtain your library card number. Staff are not permitted to give out library card numbers or PINs over the phone or via email.
